The World Health Organisation have said that it is safe to order online and receive goods in the post. Therefore, I am continuing to ship out orders as usual and within the current dispatch times* via Royal Mail. Please be assured that I am doing everything I can to maintain a clean and safe workspace. All shipping labels are printed at my studio, and parcels are dropped off at a parcel box, thus minimising contact with Post Office employees and the public. 

*some gold items are taking longer to dispatch. If you require an item in gold for a specific date, please get in touch before purchasing.

Delivery Times

Whilst I am still shipping within the current 1-3 working day dispatch time, please be aware that there may be delays in your order getting to you, as Royal Mail are experiencing growing levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation. Furthermore, Royal Mail are have made changes to their timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services. If you purchase the Special Delivery Guaranteed service upgrade, please be aware of these timed changes. Information on these changes can be found here. 

Stock Levels

All of my suppliers have remained open during this lockdown, however they are experiencing some delays in shipments of stock. There may be delays to your order being shipped if I experience delays from my suppliers. As always, if you require your order for a specific date, please do get in touch prior to ordering.
